Being referred to an adult as, girl, hunk, doll, babe, or honey,

 

Whistled at, cat calls,

 

Sexual comments, innuendos,

 

Hearing sexual jokes or stories,

 

Sexual comments, clothing, looks 

 

Turning discussions to sexual topics,

 

Asking about your sexual fantasies,

 

Asked personal questions about social or sexual life,

 

 

Characteristics of Non-Verbal

 

Sexual gestures,

 

Looking a person up and down ,

 

Blocking a person's path ,

 

Making facial expressions of sexual nature,

 

 Characteristics of Physical

 

Massage around the neck or shoulders,

 

Touching the person's clothing, hair or body,

 

Hugging, kissing, patting or stroking ,

 

Touching or rubbing oneself sexually, 

 

Standing close or brushing up against a person, 

 

Sexual harassment is the inappropriate sexualization of an otherwise nonsexual relationship, an assertion by a person over the role of a worker, professional colleague or student.

 

Sexual harassment is sex discrimination.

 

Sexual harassment is about power, not sex.

 

Sexual harassment is sexual victimization, an invidious form of sex discrimination.
